PART 2: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases and services provided by Vetix Animal Care.

1. Products & Services

Vetix supplies animal pharmaceuticals to individual customers, farms, and businesses. We may also offer guidance on product use and administration services (e.g. injections, supplements) for an additional fee.

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct product selection, following dosage and usage instructions, and consulting a veterinarian when necessary. Vetix is not responsible for misuse or incorrect administration by customers.

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability
• Prices may change without prior notice
• Payment must be completed before collection or delivery

4. Delivery & Collection

Vetix offers delivery throughout South Africa as well as collection options where applicable. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery area.

Once an order has left the Vetix premises, responsibility for the delivery process transfers to the courier company. Vetix will assist in resolving delays but cannot be held responsible for failures attributable to the courier.

5. Administration Services

Where Vetix assists with administering products, services are performed with care and professionalism. Additional fees apply. The animal owner remains responsible for ongoing care and monitoring.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Vetix shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages occurring after the product has been handed over to the courier, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from delivery delays.

7. Compliance with Laws

Customers agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the purchase and use of veterinary pharmaceuticals and animal health and welfare.
